Mend Diesel Tank Filter

no diesel from tank to filter?

put new tank on van filled with 15 litres but will not run unless i prime filter

you dont say what vehicle it is but,are you sure the pipes on tank are correct way round also is pipe from tank to pump chaffed any where that could let it draw air in?[also make sure if pipe comes from tank unit that the metal pipe it fits onto is not corroded through.]
