how do i fit a 12 volt siren to my car?

i have a 12 volt siren with a control panel that has 1 black and 1 red wire this is a novelty item and only for fun purposes ie animal noises can anyone tell me the best way to fit it as im not very clever on the electrical side of things many thanks for any help
