My husband was using our micro NN-A770SBBPQ set micro for 12 mins, pressed 'potatoes' then 'start'. Potato was cooked. Proceeded to set to heat chicken dish for 4 mins. Chicken remained cold - smoke then started to rise from top of control panel and outside of cooker [stainless steel model] was very hot. Switched micro off at socket. Switched on again some minutes later testing glass of water to see if micro functioned and sockets fused! We no longer have manual - Please can you advise ...
What do you expect to hear? By your own description, smoke was coming out of control panel & microwave blows the fuse if you try to use it. Perfectly obvious it is not a simple 2 minute fix. It's a major problem. Either throw it away & buy a new one or take it to a repair shop.
