Mend Water Level Top

How can i fix my toilet?

Toilet seems blocked round u bend when flush the water level stays up to top of toilet. Am worried it will overflow

Sonething you could try.
Get a mop, ( one with a string head) Make sure the head is VERY secure in the handle, otherwise it may come off down the bowl. With the bowl full of water, genly push the mop up and down the U bend. If this does'nt work, you need a plumber!!!!!!
