NON WORKING FABRIC WASH TRAY M6115?

i have a servis 1100 which does not empty the softener tray this remaines full and has to be emptyed manualy so i no longer use it . I have removed the complete tray assembly and there are no blockages both selnoids are checked and found to be working but the one to the fabric wash does not open is this due to the controller unit or due to other , the machine works perfect apart from that all other functions work. can you help
