My Humax 9200T Locks Up During Start Up, Displaying ----?

When the unit is powered on it starts to boot up

Problem Details:
When the unit is switched on it starts to power up
The front display shows DUOVISION and the Numbers count up to 90
The display then changes to show "----"
The TV goes black
The unit is then completely unresponsive to both remote and front panel button presses

The following has been tried to correct the problem:
1. The unit has been powered off and on - Same problem
2. The unit has been powered off and when powered on the menu button is presses - Same problem
3. The unit aerial has been removed and powered on - Same problem
4. The unit has been left overnight with the "----" showing on the front panel - Same problem
5. The unit aerial has been removed and powered on with the Menu button held - STILL Same problem

Humax Support suggested the above point 5, but no joy.
