How do I set a ladies Timex Indiglo Expedition?

I need to reset my Indiglo Expedition and I can't find the instructions. It has 4 buttons arranged around the dial: top left-set. top right-start/split. bottom right-stop/reset and bottom left-mode. If anyone has those instructions, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!
