Mend Beko WMA651W Washing Machine No Spin Filter

not spinning?

beko washing machine 6kg wma651w, wont spin or empty so at first i checked and empty filter and water pipes for blockages nothing to be found then well now it emptys but no spin belt ok any ideas???
