How can I re-route the cylinder head temperature sensor?

How can I re-route the cylinder head temperature sensor around the ignition cables on my FOrd Focus 2001 1.6 lx??

The speedometer keeps losing power (drops to zero) and I have been told a fix would be to re-route the cylinder head temperature sensor around the ignition cables.

How can I do this or how much would it cost to have someone do it for me?
