how to remove broken spark plugs from cylinder head ?

Take it to a local garage, i'm sure they will have the tools to be able to remove it.

BTW taking the head off is not difficult...and really would be for the best

3 choices...remove the head or....wd40 it daily for a week then heat with a blow torch and try...if not - drill into plug to weaken it enough to get it out and vacuum at same time in the vain hope you get all the material before it falls into the cylinder...choice is yours, depends how lucky you feel and how much you like your car.
