Mend Bosch Classixx Problem

Bosch Classixx Fridge Freezer problem?

Hi, I have a Bosch Classixx Fridge Freezer. The fridge does not work but the freezer is fine. I have spoken to an engineer and defrosted the whole unit. When I restarted it, it still had the same problem. i have also noticed that it does not make the usual 'cracking' type noise. What could be the problem and how easy is it to fix??? thanks

my Bosch fridge freezer has stopped working. I keep it in the garage so I'm assuming that it's due to the garage temperature dropping, although in the last few days the temperature has risen ti ahbove freezing. I've brought it into the house, will this kick start it into working again or do I need to get the hair dryer out as I've had to do with my pipes?
