Mend Durabrand cg5660-m Model Channel Channels

How can I fix my set top box Durabrand model: cg5660-m?

My set top box only shows channel five where previously all channels were received with a strong signal. When attempting to change the channel the screen goes blank as if it was about to change and then it reverts back to channel five.
