Hi, I am trying to connect with other people who are having problems with their F&P Excellence or Pride model top loader machine.  We have had problems with ours continuously since 2007, had numerous technicians out to fix it, all to no avail.  F&P insist there is nothing wrong, and are refusing to co-operate with us.  The machine now does not spin at all between rinse cycles, so I have to manually start the machine 3 times per load to manually control the machine.  I have time for only one wash per day, as it takes about 1.5 hours to get through a load.  It is now a manual not automatic machine.  I cannot afford to replace it, F&P refuse to refund my money.  They have already admitted liability by giving me a replacement machine, but it has the same design fault.  I am exhausted from fighting F&P........:)  My advice - keep away from F&P...they are nothing but trouble and a complete waste of money.:)
