How do I fix my Russel Hobb Steam Glide 2200?

Hi, We recently moved places and my Steam Glide does not work. Its switched on and makes pumping sound, but there is very little steam. I know there are times when the steam takes time to come while its getting heated. Just now there is no steam even at all even after the pumping sound comes down. Can someone help?
