Mend Keeps Itself Off

My Sky + keeps turning itself off?

My Sky+ box (which is just a couple of weeks out of guarantee) keeps turning itself onto standby. After about 10 minutes I can turn it on again with the remote but then after about 5 minutes it turns itself off again.

Can anyone help please?
