Mend Candy Dishwasher Sensor Pump

sensor position?

my candy dishwasher starts on any cycle but stops with water still in the machine .If I disconect the pump and power it up from a separate supply the pump works. so i am thinking it must be a sensor any ideas
what to do next? Thanks
