Mend Cub Cadet RZT 50 Engage Blades Spin

PTO Clutch?

When I engage the blades on my RZT 50 Cub Cadet, they only spin at half throttle. At full throttle they only spin for a second then quit, or the deck jerks violently. What could cause the problem?
