Mend Hoover Tumble Dryer Condenser Filter

Hoover 6kg condenser tumble drier filter light comes on but cleaned?

I have cleaned the filter above the water tank and the other one but each time I put the drier on, it appears to work, then the filter light comes on and it stops tumbling.
