Mend Smeg Range Oven Fan

How do I fix my Smeg range oven fan?

The light nd the fan in the hood of my smeg range oven have both stopped working. How do I fix them?

I doubt if the two issues are connected but to get at the fan the oven has to come out of its housing and the top and back removed. The bulb has probably failed inside the oven and it should be replaceable after removing its glass cover.
