What colour wires for light fitting?

Putting up a new light fixture in kitchen.
Fitting has brown (Live), blue (Neutral), stripe (earth).
From ceiling have stripe (earth), but other wires are black and orange. Which colour is live and neutral

It is illegal in the UK to do DIY this kind of electrical work in a kitchen. Get an electrician before you kill someone.
