Dualit Coffe Maker - Leakage?

My machine works fine except that, cold, water has now begun to leak from the base of the machine. Tank seems ok, can't inspect the filter as it's inaccessible but looks ok. Must be a washer or similar, no? Can I fix it or it it all over?
