Mend Sony DCR-HC38 Camcorder Error

How can I fix my Sony DCR-HC38?

I can not get the tape to load back into the camera. I keep getting error C:32:11. I already pressed the reset button, Re-attached the power source. It was fine when I opened it, and now all of the sudden, it won't work.
