Zanussi jet system 1200 FJS 1225W extra capacity Help urgently needed?

I have this machine for past seven years it has been a lovely machine never had a problem until now my washing machine leaves black marks on the washing. There is a rubber around the door which keeps the water inside the machine when door is shut was full of dirt at the bottom I have cleaned it but there is some more dirt built inside the machine which I cannot clean because it has small gap between the drum and the rubber and the rubber itself has permanent marks on it which cannot be cleaned any more is there any way I can clean this dirt built inside machine and change this rubber part any help would be appreciated
