no matter what programme i select water only comes into prewash compartment fills with water [too much the rubber seal is bending]then machine just stops
End button keeps flashing and alarm sounding constant. I've pressed the two buttons to restart. All looks ok. Selected programs etc but it just doesn't start

When I turn on my machine and start a wash the water from the fill pipe sounds like a waterfall and the water pours from the inside of the machine. Is this the pump?

tempted to say blockage in bottom hose or pressure chamber area
