How can I change the rubber seal on my Zanussi aquacycle 1200?

Is it easy for me to change the rubber seal around the inside of the door? I am sure this has a technical name but, a description is the best that I can provide.

Where is best for me to buy one and how much should it cost? Can I buy it online? Is it a job I should get a washing machine expert in to do?
