where can i get the drivers for the sound and video as my computer doesnt reconise them . it crashed and i couldnt get the recovery program to work so have installed another one.
I had the same problem. Look at the motherboard model number if the audio and video are on board eg Gigabyte 7VM333M. Search for this and drivers and you will get the Gigabyte website. You can download and install the drivers. All worked for me. Hopefully you will have a gigabyte motherboard
