How can i fix my philips 28pw6515/05?

Please help...when i turn on my tv for the 1st time during the day, it works fine, then after a few minutes it switches off and cannot be turned on again. I have to switch off from the mains, wait half an hour and then switch it back on again only for the same thing to happen again...please help...i'm desperate...
