Mend Hotpoint WD71N Washing Machine Drum Motor

My Hotpoint WD71N comes up with E30?

My Hotpoint WD71 comes up with E30....when the unit is put into wash.. the drum motor does not spin... in fact it gets no supply to run the motor.
