Mend NordicTrack EX1000 Light Lit Board

I have a Nrdic Trk Ex1000the pwm light is not lit on my power supply board?

The Treadmill doesn't work . The Dashboard will light up but no data can be entered . I looked at the electronic control boards and found out that the PWM light is out. What does this mean? How much does it cost to fix?
