Water supply problem?

when i put my dishwasher on any cyle it says check water, i have done this and my water supply is fine it is a bosch exxcel dishwasher.

Bosch Bosch EXXCEL Kitchen Appliances, Dishwashers Dishwasher Water Supply Bosch

There will be a solenoid-operated water-inlet valve. There's a strong probability that this has failed.

You will probably find it directly behind the union that the external water hose connects to. A relatively easy repair and not expensive.

But this is just a guess...
