saunier duval thermoclassic high pressure,,?

Hi,
Ive got a saunier duval thermoclassic f30e, and although at start up the pressure shows 1.4 bar after swithing the heating on for 15 mins the display instead of showing the temp ie 50 deg it shows a flashing display of 3.5 bar,,,,, whats gone wrong please???

tried it but cant tell,,dont look like any waters in there not too much pressure either,, what pressure should be in there? also we have had a few power cuts and it popped the fuses in our alarm and combi I replaced both like for like but that was a few weeks ago,,, and this has just started,,, do u think there could be a link???? ps they were m/a fast blow fuses 125 m/a I think

expansion vessel is perforated. On it is a shreider valve like thats on a car tire . unscrew cap and release a small amount of air if water comes out, theres your problem. 99.9% sure without testing myself
