saunier duval thelia 23?

new house - dead boiler. I have replaced the diverter valve & piece which it mounts to, now the micro switches. I now have hot water and central heating, the problem is the clock, bolier stat & room stat do do control the temperature of the central heating, it just gets hotter and hotter. I have tested the room stat and it is fine, have i wired something wrong or is the PCB shot ?

Hi

I am unable to control the hot water temperature. At the moment it comes out scorching hot. I have tried the hot water temperature knob putting it to 0 and still no good. Can anyone help please?

thanks for this. i have the 2 wire connector on the left and the three on the right. I have swapped them over and now i do not have c/heating, then pump does not start when the lever is moved across, so will now go back and link pins 2+3, remove the clock etc

The three wire should be no. three (on left). Colour coded white black grey from right. You are possibly in water mode.

dave again, yes the heating is being controlled by the lever, once in the heating position link 2=3 the clock and the bolier stat have no effect. The temp reaches 100 and i bottle.

the heating still comes on with nothing connected to pin 2+3. the book says the heating should not work unless this is linked !! looking at the diverter valve there are two conections onto the two microswitches, the rh one has 3 wires the other 2. could i have got them swapped arround ?

The problem is a little difficult to pin down from your description. T remove a lot of alternatives start from scratch. Supply power tu the boiler connection box. Disconnect external controls. Loop 2&3. Unplug clock. The boiler will now work on hot water and heating to switch off the heating move the summer lever to the left. If all is well the fault has been removed. If not further information is required
