how do i add more memory to my pc?

If not sure what you have, download Sandra software (do a search) run the programme and it will tell you what you have inside your M/c. Look for the memory modules then make a note and come back with the info. Failing that go to Crucial.com and follow instruction about your M/c But generally it's a simple process to upgrade if your M/c can take it.
