Mend Baxi Solo 3 Boiler Heating Problem

Baxi Solo 3?

Have a problem with our Baxi Boiler. It powers up fine and sounds as through it is working but we are getting no heating or water. The Pilot, Fan & Boiler lights are all on. The only light not on is the burner light. The external pump is vibrating so I assume it is working Have done the obvious in turning it off and turning it back on but nada....any suggestions anyone
