Hi. we have just moved house and am sure didnt damage the washing machine, but now its connected and set on a 40 degree wash, the clothes come out very hot. cold feed to the machine looks ok. Any ideas very much appreciated. Thanks. Paul
remove both the supply pipes to machine, run each into a bucket one at a time, PROVE you have found the COLD supply, swop pipes and PROVE that you have found the HOT supply reconnect each to there own tap connection.
ie HOT = RED PIPE BLUE = COLD
If water supply is O K you may have to look for a faulty thermostat hence the hot water due to the heater not turning off . If no transit screws were used during the move internal wire(s) may have pulled off .
