Mend Bush LCD32TVHD Tv Standby Red

How can I fix my Bush LCD32TVHD?

Our 32" Bush TV has a visual fault. When the TV is plugged in the standby light comes on red, when power is pressed it becomes green. The screen flashes grey then goes back to black however the sound is still in tact. None of the internal components appear to be damaged. All of the capacitors seem to be in tact also. No obvious blows, bubbles or cracks. Is there anything we have missed?
