Mend Vauxhall ATSRA Press Unlock Key

how can i fix my anti theft locking system on a vauxhall atsra 2003?

when a press unlock with my key the petrol cap unlocks and boot unlocks but not my doors my anti theft mechanism is not disingaging. when i use the key in the door i can manually unlock the drivers side but not passenger side as this has no key hole and cant open it from inside. can anyone help please
