Mend Mercedes-Benz 208D Help Replaced Seals

Help replacing brakes on a merc 208d van. ('93)?

... hi... i've just replaced seals on the rear axel shaft, and now need to put it all back together... would appreciate any help... like how to tighten and lock tight the bearing cover... how where and when to replace oil in the axel... and how to replace the brake shoes etc... many thanks !...
