Throttle linkage on 4hp Briggs & Stratton Quattro engine?

Hi, we've just been given a lawn mower with a B&S quattro engine (Lawn King). when started the throttle doesn't change the engine speed, I was wondering if anyone had any pic's so I can buy the bits and and pop them on as I have no idea where they go. Thanks in advance. Ben.
