how to cut granite?

I would like to have instructions on cutting granite. My granite is to long.

You need an angle grinder (4 1/2" will do) with a stone cutting slitting disc fitted to it. This will cut granite fine, but there will be lots of dust so its best to do this outside, with someone spraying water onto the cutting line.
