how do i empty the ink tank on my epson r300 so as to stop the ink going every wear once ive nocked the service error off thanks les

At the back ofthe pinter onthe r/h/side as you look at it.is a small panel take this off and you will see a smalltube that takes the ink in to the wast ink pads
gentaly pull this out and put it in a small tank this will then receve the wast inks velcro this to the back of the printer (remember to put a breather hole into the tank )and thats it
