Mend LG KS360 Water Turn Plug

my mobile fell in a bucket of water?

My lg ks 360 fell in water in won't turn on unless i plug it into the charger, i took it apart and put the blow dryer on it which worked kinda only sum of the buttons work, any ideas how i can fix it, can't afford new phone
