Mend Troybilt 1842 Riding Mower Gas

How can I fix my riding mower? Troybilt ,Model number 1842?

My mower started idling in a pulsating manner and began losing power as i pushed the gas. If anyone has a clue on what this could be I would appreciate some help. I will never buy anything Troybilt again. Thank you for your time.
