how to program cobra 3190 alarm fob?

I have just solved this problem myself, so I know it works!

It is only for re-setting the fob at a battery change!

1. Take out the battery and don't put it back in for at least 10 seconds.

2. If you have left the battery out long enough, when you put it back in, the LED should be showing as a constant red light.

3. If this is the case, now press down both buttons at the same time until the light goes out.

4. Now press the large button and if the light flashes, it should be done and dusted.
