how can i fix my computer?

Every PC should be sold with a holograhic sticker with your Microsoft genuine Vista code.
This can be located on the back of the machine, usually near the power supply or on the manual/restore disks that came with the machine (outside back cover) on a rare occasion they can be located inside the case but short of those locations I'm as a loss.
