how to install starting rope assembly?
the starting rope assembly on my small toro snow thrower
came off. When I mounted it back, it does not engage the
motor every time I pull the starter rope. It engages some time, but not all the time. How can I mount the starting
rope assembly so the motor is engaged every time I pull the rope. model 38120-9000001
