2 connecting rods and 1 spring from behind air filter housing have come off please advise how they re attach.diagram would be much appreciated.thanks.

Rigid link from carburettor trottle butterfly to top hole on govenor lever (attached to crankcase). Link with spring goes from speed control lever (if engine is variable speed) or fixed bracket (if fixed speed) to second or third hole down on govenor lever. Only difference is about 100 RPM in top speed. Spring at govenor end.
