Mend Indesit DE43 Anyone Help

Can anyone help?!!! I have a Indesit DE43 dishwasher ?

you can switch it on when the door is open but when you shut it it cuts out and the trip switch turns off!! Does anyone know whats going on?!!!!!!!!!!!!
