Mend Indesit W103 Washing Machine Burning Smell Drain Cycle

Indesit W103 continous fill through dispenser?

indesit W103 contineously fill through the dispenser will finish a drain cycle but water still comes through so when drain finishes starts to refill, same with spin cycle will start to spin but after a while will start to fill then can no longer spin. Faint burning smell came from it at the time, any ideas ?

smells like a short on the module, that's a big circuit board that control all the machine its near the bottom, unplug the machine and look at the board for burn marks, if so there may also be another fault, (it didn't burn for nothing) if burnt its a little above the scope of an amateur diy fix
