Mend Siemens HQ478X00 Oven Electric

My Siemens Oven Wont Turn on?

I have an old Siemens oven, and the other day it blew the power to the house. when I reset the mains the clock works on the oven but the oven grill and fan all do nothing. Any Ideas what may be the problem. I have tried replacing the fuse.
